About Me

I’m Cathy Moran, a Derry girl born and bred and proud mum to two brilliant daughters.

I love working with people, which is what drew me to recruitment in the first place, over twenty years ago. Since then, I’ve worked for major recruitment companies in Scotland and Northern Ireland, covering all sectors from IT/Tech to Sales and Digital Marketing to name a few.

When I’m not working, I enjoy singing with local Cantamus Choir.

What matters to me is delivering a great service, building strong and long lasting working relationships. I’m proud that clients and candidates come back to work with me again and again.

My recruitment career has also given me the opportunity to develop complementary skills in sales, business development and digital marketing.

I’m co-chair of the Women in Enterprise providing networking opportunities and support. It is very rewarding to be able to encourage and empower women in and into business.

When I’m not working, I enjoy singing with the local Cantamus Choir in Derry.

What My Clients Say

“We have been working with Cathy for some time. In that time we have been successful in recruiting a number of new team members and Cathy has proven to be an exceptionally professional recruiter. One can expect that from any of the main recruitment agents however Cathy’s approach is much more personal and she takes on the challenge in a vested way.

She has always listened to our needs, helped to articulate the type of skills required on, what at times has been, a loose, ambiguous, rough outline of what the role might entail. We tend to approach things with a blank sheet of paper and somehow Cathy has been patient, incisive with her questioning, creative and ultimately instrumental in helping the senior management team to focus on the key functions, putting together a job specification and working through to find the right candidates.”
